About us

The Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova (DIH of Moldova) is a project created in December 2021 by the Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI), together with a group of regional, national, and international IT companies. It follows the model of the European Digital Innovation Hub from Romania, facilitating connections between startups, investors, providing access to funding for digital transformation. Simultaneously, it serves as a platform connecting companies in the region with professionals, future specialists, suppliers, and users.

EDIH of Moldova, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Republic of Moldova, participated on Thursday, 1 October, in the 3rd edition of the “PRO-Industry Dialogue – Industrial Catalyst of the Republic of Moldova” Conference, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova as part of Moldova Business Week.

The Hub was represented by Ion Bodrug, President of ACETI and Coordinator of EDIH of Moldova, who took part in discussions on the development of the national industry and presented the role of the Hub in supporting the digital transformation of companies in the Republic of Moldova.

In his presentation, Ion Bodrug highlighted EDIH of Moldova as a gateway to digital transformation services and expertise, with a focus on digital assessment, test-before-invest, digital skills development, and access to financing.

One of the instruments presented was the EDIH of Moldova One-Stop Shop (OSS), which enables organizations to follow a structured path from registration and needs assessment to the recommendation and delivery of digitalization services.

Ion Bodrug also presented Start Digital 360°, an integrated 12-month digital transformation journey that includes digital maturity assessment, identification of digitalization needs, digital skills development, responsible use of AI, mentoring, connections with solutions and experts, and advice on accessing financing.

EDIH of Moldova’s participation in the “PRO-Industry Dialogue” contributed to connecting the digitalization agenda with the current priorities and needs of the national industry and to presenting the support opportunities available to companies through the Hub.
