The Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI) organized a study visit to Piatra-Neamț, Romania, dedicated to the presentation of tools for assessing the level of digitalization among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) at the North-East Regional Development Agency founding Digital Innovation Zone (DIZ).
The visit brought together the experts responsible for the digital assessment of SMEs within the DIZ. The purpose of the visit is to gain valuable expertise in the development and implementation of the tool for assessing the level of digitalization, adapted to the specificities of entities in the Republic of Moldova.
The development of this tool will be carried out by ACETI with technical and methodological assistance from the Digital Innovation Zone team, which provides expertise in mapping digital maturity and promoting digital transformation in the private sector.
“This tool will give Moldovan companies a clear picture of their own level of digitization and help them take concrete steps towards digital transformation. SMEs will be able to pinpoint the areas where they need to invest and will be able to align more quickly with modern market requirements. At system level, we expect the use of this tool to contribute to a more adaptable, connected and competitive regional economy.
Together with our Helvetas partners, we are joining forces to turn technical expertise into concrete solutions for SMEs.” said Ion BODRUG President of ACETI.
The initiative is financially supported by the Government of Switzerland (Swiss Cooperation in Moldova) through Helvetas Moldova, through the OPTIM Project.
