ACETI successfully launched the first training sessions for digital intensity assessment experts
The Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI) kicked off the first training program dedicated to specialists in assessing the digital intensity of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova. The event took place on Tuesday, July 29, in the framework of the project “Digital Maturity in Innovative Regions”, funded by the Swiss Government through Helvetas Moldova, within the OPTIM Project, and marks a new strategic step in the process of professionalization of the local digital ecosystem.
As participants in the training, 15 specialists were selected on the basis of their skills and interest in the digital transformation of Moldovan enterprises. They come from a wide professional spectrum – from consulting and management, marketing, IT development, cybersecurity and web development, to entrepreneurs active in innovation and startups.
The training sessions were delivered by local and international trainers with experience in digital intensity assessment, who provided concrete examples and case studies on the implementation of the tool in other European countries.
Participants were familiarized with the concept of digital intensity and its role in diagnosing the level of digitization of a company, with the structure and logic of the ACETI assessment tool, developed according to the European model and adapted to the context of the Republic of Moldova, as well as with methodologies for field work – collecting and interpreting data from an enterprise.
During the following weeks, participants will continue the training with practical activities and mentoring sessions. They will be directly involved in the assessment of real SMEs in the Republic of Moldova, applying the ACETI tool in the field and formulating customized recommendations for each case analyzed.
The project “Digital Maturity in Innovative Regions” is implemented with the financial support of the Government of Switzerland (Swiss Cooperation in Moldova) and Helvetas Moldova, through the OPTIM Project.
