The Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI) participated on Thursday, August 28, in the Young Entrepreneurs Forum, organized by the Edineț branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with the Edineț Municipality and with the support of the National Youth Agency, within the program “Edineț – Youth Capital 2025.”
The event offered participants the opportunity to attend thematic panels with guests from the business environment and the public sector, to discuss challenges and solutions for entrepreneurship, as well as to explore ways of accessing resources. Young people present at the forum also had the chance to network, exchange ideas, and share entrepreneurial experiences.
ACETI, represented by President Ion Bodrug and Executive Director Mircea Petic, took part in the panel dedicated to technology and innovation in entrepreneurship. They presented the success story of the association and the Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova, initiated by ACETI to serve as a key driver for digital transformation in the regions. The presentation also highlighted ACETI’s studies on the needs of SMEs in terms of digital transformation, along with the Digital Intensity Measurement Tool developed by the association to ensure a deeper understanding of the needs and priorities of such enterprises.
The President of ACETI congratulated Edineț Municipality for receiving the title of Youth Capital 2025 and emphasized the importance of a strong partnership between the municipality and the business community in promoting innovative ideas in the northern region of the country.
Through its participation in this event, ACETI reaffirms its commitment to supporting new generations of entrepreneurs in their digitalization journey and to contributing to the development of an innovative economic ecosystem in the Republic of Moldova.
