On 26 October 2026, ACETI and EDIH of Moldova took part in the session “Applied Artificial Intelligence for the ACETI and Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova Teams”, held as part of the “AI for Business Leaders in Moldova” Programme.

The training, delivered by expert Vasile Diaconu, included presentations and practical exercises on using AI tools, automating processes, and integrating intelligent agents into an organisation’s activities.

Participants explored tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and NotebookLM. They also built a knowledge base and an automated workflow for the Hub’s operations, and discussed data protection, privacy, the risks of using AI, and the provisions of the European AI Act.

Particular emphasis was placed on the responsible use of artificial intelligence: verifying AI-generated outputs, establishing rules for data entered into external tools, and defining responsibilities when using autonomous AI agents.

For ACETI and EDIH of Moldova, developing these skills helps improve internal efficiency and strengthen the expertise needed to support businesses and public institutions in their digital transformation.

The session was organised by the Association of Business and Management Consultants of the Republic of Moldova, with the support of Swiss Cooperation in Moldova and Helvetas Moldova, through the OPTIM project.
