The Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova (DIH of Moldova) is a project created in December 2021 by the Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI), together with a group of regional, national, and international IT companies. It follows the model of the European Digital Innovation Hub from Romania, facilitating connections between startups, investors, providing access to funding for digital transformation. Simultaneously, it serves as a platform connecting companies in the region with professionals, future specialists, suppliers, and users.

EDIH DIH of Moldova, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Republic of Moldova, officially launches its One-Stop Shop on 1 July 2026—a single access point through which small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public institutions can access the hub’s digital transformation services.

The One-Stop Shop provides a streamlined gateway to the expertise, infrastructure, and services offered by EDIH DIH of Moldova. It has been designed to simplify the digital transformation journey for organizations seeking to adopt advanced digital technologies and enhance their competitiveness.

Through the One-Stop Shop, beneficiaries will have access to an integrated portfolio of services, including:

  • Digital Maturity Assessment;
  • development of a Digital Transformation Roadmap;
  • Test Before Invest services, allowing organizations to test digital technologies before making investment decisions;
  • digital skills development through training and capacity-building programmes;
  • guidance and support in identifying funding opportunities;
  • expert services in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics, and other advanced digital technologies.

The One-Stop Shop enables organizations to access all the support they need for their digital transformation in one place. Throughout the process, EDIH experts will guide beneficiaries—from assessing their digital needs and identifying the most suitable solutions to implementing them and exploring funding opportunities.
