About us

The Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova (DIH of Moldova) is a project created in December 2021 by the Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI), together with a group of regional, national, and international IT companies. It follows the model of the European Digital Innovation Hub from Romania, facilitating connections between startups, investors, providing access to funding for digital transformation. Simultaneously, it serves as a platform connecting companies in the region with professionals, future specialists, suppliers, and users.

The Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI) supports the program Tech Balti, dedicated to the development of entrepreneurial skills, organized by Technovator.

The program, which will run from October 26, 2024 to December 14, 2024 at CITT Nortek Balti, will provide an exceptional platform for entrepreneurs and specialists from various fields to collaborate, develop innovative technology products and compete for support and investment.

This intensive 8-week program is designed to guide participants through all stages of product management from theory to practice. Participants will have the opportunity to develop an MVP (minimum viable product), hone pitching skills and learn project and team management.

Course topics include:

  • What is Product Management?
  • Project and Team Management
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Business Model (canvas)
  • Value Proposition (canvas)
  • Product Development Strategy
  • MVP development, prototyping and UX
  • Pitching for investors

During the course, around 40 participants – entrepreneurs, students or specialists – will work in teams of 3-4 members, participate in trainings and have weekly meetings ( to discuss the progress of technological product development. Finally, the teams will present their results at Demo Day, where they will be able to demonstrate their products to development partners and experts.
