The Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova (DIH of Moldova) is a project created in December 2021 by the Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI), together with a group of regional, national, and international IT companies. It follows the model of the European Digital Innovation Hub from Romania, facilitating connections between startups, investors, providing access to funding for digital transformation. Simultaneously, it serves as a platform connecting companies in the region with professionals, future specialists, suppliers, and users.

The National Agency for the Settlement of Disputes (ANSC) has become the first public institution in the Republic of Moldova to benefit from EDIH of Moldova services. The agreement was signed during the EDIH of Moldova 2026 Conference – Digitalisation for Businesses and Public Institutions, held on 27 October at the Technical University of Moldova.

Under this agreement, ANSC will receive the Start Digital 360° package, with a total value of EUR 8,357, 50% of which is co-financed by the European Union. The package is designed to help organisations identify their digitalisation needs, assess their existing capabilities and plan concrete steps towards digital transformation.

This partnership marks the beginning of EDIH of Moldova’s service delivery to public institutions and provides a practical example of how specialised expertise and support can contribute to modernising institutional operations.

Start Digital 360° includes a range of services tailored to beneficiaries’ needs, such as digital maturity assessment, identification of digitalisation needs and development of a digital transformation roadmap, basic digital skills development, training on the responsible use of artificial intelligence, mentoring, connections with relevant experts and partners, and guidance on accessing funding opportunities.

EDIH of Moldova is the first and currently the only European Digital Innovation Hub in the Republic of Moldova, co-funded by the European Union through the Digital Europe Programme. The Hub is coordinated by the Association for the Development of Electronic Communications and Innovative Technologies (ACETI) and brings together a consortium of 15 partners.

As part of the project, 110 companies and 30 public institutions across the Republic of Moldova are expected to receive support for their digital transformation through access to expertise, technologies, specialised services and skills development opportunities.
